IMPORTANT NOTICE: ADVANCED PAYMENT OF 70€/ PER PERSON MUST BE MADE UNTIL 1st OF JULY (1.7.2024), THE REST UPON THE REGISTRATION AT THE EVENT IN CASH.

Registration

Registration for Tango Nieve Encuentro  

Encuentro pass – 130 € (includes 5 main milongas, warm-up milonga – more than 25 hours of dancing, refreshments (drinks and snacks) at milongas, additional meal on Sunday afternoon milonga. 

You can register by filling the registration form, starts on May 5th, at 20:00h!

IMPORTANT NOTE:

 1. If your registration is correct, you will receive a generated response confirming your registration. This registration  is NOT a confirmation of acceptance. 

You will receive the CONFIRMATION OF THE ACCEPTANCE together with payment instructions to your e-address stated above, separately. 

2. In order to obtain the gender balance of the event, the organizers reserves the right to keep single followers on the waiting list, until the balance with the single leaders is established.

Refund policy

If you cancel participation to the event after the payment is made and until 1st of October for any particular personal reason, you will be refunded 50% of fee. 

If you cancel your participation after the 1st of October there will be no refund.
